The Steel Service Center offers structural design and engineering services. Using state-of-the-art technology software like STAAD, SOFISTIC, INSTANT and ROBOT, the company’s structural engineering team provides tailor-made studies resulting in low-cost solutions.
Depending on your needs, the Steel Service Center can provide high precision CNC cutting services. These services include oxyfuel cutting, plasma cutting, beveling cutting and bandsawing.
All members can carry special scribing lines to facilitate assembling.
All parts mentioned above (beams or plates) are marked bearing individual code numbers.
The Steel Service Center runs a fully-automated CNC drilling and punching system able to drill beams and drill or perforate plates. It is also possible to perform special processing on beams and plates such as milling and formation of threads.
At the Steel Service Center, Shotblasting of Sa 2.5 quality and priming process either by epoxy or zinc Primer are carried out in preheated closed-circuit shotblasting and spraying tunnels and drying furnaces.
